Types of Support

Priority Support

Members of the Powerflex Value Added Reseller Programme and subscribers to the Maintenance and Support Programme receive unlimited free email support for their registered Powerflex products.

The Value Added Reseller programme and associated Maintenance and Support Programme are the main means of Powerflex support. Find out more here.

A significant portion of the Maintenance and Support Programme is allocated to providing software updates during your VAR agreement period. This service incorporates continuous updates and enhancements of Powerflex products usually released as service packs. These are available free of charge to members of the VAR programme and Maintenance and Support Programme. Read more here.

Free Support

Purchasers of new products, runtimes and updates to the latest version are entitled to 30 days free support for installation-related issues.

Should you find a bug in any Powerflex product, we will provide free support to identify the problem and provide a fix or work around.

Paid Support

Paid support is charged at an hourly rate and applies to all other types of support including support provided for non-VAR registered products, general programming and product use.

Money-Back Guarantee

If, within 30 days of purchase, you find that the software does not work as documented or does not meet your needs and we are unable to address the issues, we will give you a full refund less AUD$50 (per licence) for administration costs.

To be eligible for this refund, you must return all the materials including licences, you must destroy all copies of the software you may have made, and you must stop using the software. We reserve the right to request this undertaking in writing on your company letterhead. We do not refund out-of-pocket expenses such as shipping.

PFX Developers Mailing List

Powerflex Corporation has set up a mailing list for PFXplus developers. The PFX DEVELOPERS mailing list provides an e-mail forum where PFXplus developers can freely discuss any issues, problems or comments relating to PFXplus and other Powerflex products.
